马华又和华社争吵

马华教育局主任李成材上议员最近和华教斗士争论不休，课题是政府对华小的拨款，更明确点是政府在第九大马计划下对华小的发展拨款。

李一直坚称，政府在此计划下，给予华小15.5%的拨款，而华教，即董教总则清楚分明，有关拨款的巴仙率是融合了行政拨款和发展拨款。他们称，华小实际上所获得的发展拨款只有3.6%(根据李的说法，这是给全津贴华小的)。无论如何，涉及的数据让人觉得混淆。（无论在任何情况下，华小的拨款也实在是少得可怜！人家拿76.6%，我们拿15.5%，淡小拿6.3%，人民宗教学校拿1.6%。）

真不明白，马华人如何能抬起头，面对江山父老。

Chinese primary schools get 0.59% development fund

Amid the dispute between Dong Jiao Zong and MCA education bureau on allocation received by Chinese primary schools, statistics shows Chinese primary schools only received 0.59% development fund under the Ninth Malaysia Plan (9MP). MCA education bureau chief Senator Lee Sing Chooi admitted that for every RM100 allocated by the government, primary schools received RM0.59 for development purpose, while national schools received RM11.39. However, he also mentioned Chinese primary schools received another 14.96% for administrative purpose from the government, making the total allocation for Chinese primary school 15.5%. This was quite near to the 11.39% development fund received by the national schools, Lee added. The total allocation received by national schools under the Education Ministry was 76.6%.Dong Jiao Zong had, on Monday, issued a press statement to stage its unsatisfactory over the insufficient fund received and further stressed that the Chinese community has been very “unhappy” about this since long time ago.
